We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Director to oversee, manage, and enhance our maintenance operations. The Maintenance Director will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities and equipment operate at optimal performance levels, providing a safe and efficient environment for our staff and clients. This leadership role requires a strong background in facility management, team leadership, and strategic planning.

- Lead a diverse team of maintenance staff and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and safety practices.

- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all facilities and equipment.- Establish and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track maintenance activities, inventory, and asset management.

- Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards of service.- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.- Develop and enforce maintenance policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.

- Assess facility conditions and implement improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and facility aesthetics.- Collaborate with other departments to understand and address facility needs and priorities.

- Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers, overseeing contracts and performance to ensure service quality and compliance.

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on maintenance activities, budget status, and operational challenges.- Communicate effectively with staff, management, and stakeholders regarding maintenance issues, schedules, and decisions.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance management or a related leadership role, preferably within a similar industry.- Strong knowledge of facility management best practices, safety regulations, and maintenance technologies.- Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on strategic planning and operational efficiency.- Knowledge of CMMS software and other maintenance management tools.- Certifications such as Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) are a plus.
